Local Content

With the aim of promoting the use of national goods and services, Mauritania has enacted Law 2019-04, establishing a legislative framework to regulate local content in the hydrocarbons sector.

In accordance with this regulation, SOGECO is a company with 51% Mauritanian capital and is registered with the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

In this context, our commitment is to contribute to the growth of our country. Through strategic partnerships, we also aim to train other local experts, bring them together, and achieve common successes.

Q-HSE

Our technical partner provides SOGECO with privileged access to an integrated network covering dedicated Oil & Gas hubs (USA, MESA, ASPAC, EUROPE), along with in-depth expertise and a comprehensive range of services and equipment compliant with industry operational and Q-HSE standards.
